30 Day Refunds
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you must contact us within 15 days of receipt at email@example.com to confirm you want to return the item(s). You then have another 15 days to return the item(s) to us in their original condition. If you contact us after this time, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return.
To be eligible for a return, products must be in the same condition that we sent them to you. Products must be unworn and in their original packaging.
Please note we will not refund for damage in normal wear and tear including lens scratching or accidental frame damage.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days of the item being received.
Shipping costs are non-refundable; you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item, unless the item was damaged or defected.
30 Day Exchanges
If your items are defected or damaged, you must contact us within 15 days of receipt at firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm you want to exchange the item(s). You then have another 15 days to return the item(s) to us in their original packaging. If you contact us after this time, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, products must be unworn and in their original packaging.
Late or Missing Refunds
It may take some time before your refund is received and can depend on your bank and country of purchase. Please contact your bank for further timescales.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Further Shipping Information
If you are shipping an item over £75, you should use a traceable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
